Rhubarb leads
A ten-herb capsule built around rhubarb and cayenne, with 50 mg of sugar beet fibre in every capsule. One hundred vegan capsules per pot; kosher and halal approved.
Inside
Ten herbs and one honest asterisk.
This is a proprietary herbal blend, so not every herb carries a printed milligram — but every one is named, rhubarb first, both as powder and as root extract. What is quantified, we'll happily repeat: 50 mg of sugar beet fibre per capsule, and 170 mg of total dietary fibre — 120 mg of which comes from the plant-fibre capsule shell itself. We'd rather tell you that than round it up.
First ingredient on the label, included in two forms.
A source of both soluble and insoluble dietary fibre — the one blend component with a declared weight.
Second-named herb in the blend.
Kitchen-familiar and clearly labelled.
One of three warming spices in the ten.
A traditional root, here in powdered and extracted form.
Rounding out the seed contingent with barberry bark alongside.
The last pair on the ten-name roster.
Steady, not showy
One or two capsules per sitting, taken with a glass of water. Nothing to mix, nothing to taste.
The label allows one to three sittings daily, or as advised — set your own cadence and hold it.
One hundred capsules means fifty days at the gentlest intake, or a shorter, fuller programme at the top of the range.
SUITABILITY: Suitable for vegetarians and vegans Kosher approved Halal approved
