Glucosamine HCl, MSM and vitamin C, joined by turmeric at a 2631 mg extract equivalent, bamboo silica, Korean panax ginseng and nine more herbs and food-based ingredients — fifteen in total, in one vegan capsule.
The formula
The long list, in full.
This is a deliberately broad formula: glucosamine hydrochloride from a vegan source, methylsulphonyl methane (MSM), vitamin C, then a botanical roster running from nettle leaf and rosehip to Montmorency cherry, bromelain, papain, kelp and apple cider vinegar. Every one of the fifteen ingredients is named with its amount. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; halal approved.
Standardised to provide 50 mg of curcuminoids per capsule — the compounds turmeric is grown for.
Glucosamine hydrochloride from a vegan process — no shellfish involved.
Providing 22.5 mg of silica per capsule.
An organosulphur compound, here in powder form alongside the glucosamine.
Level-pegging with nettle leaf and rosehip at 100 mg each.
The one nutrient in the formula with a set reference value.
The tart cherry variety, joined by ginger root, horsetail, bromelain, papain, kelp and apple cider vinegar.
One capsule, two to three times a day, with food.
The label says preferably with food — breakfast and dinner make the two obvious anchors.
Two to three capsules a day is the stated range; a lunchtime capsule completes it.
Sixty capsules is twenty to thirty days at the stated intake — reorder when the bottom shows.
